Is your practice complying with all five Key Lines of Enquiry?

The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 require all providers of health and social care services (this includes all dental practices) to be able to demonstrate that they provide care that is safe and effective, that they are caring and responsive to their patients’ needs and that they are well led.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is mandated to ensure these requirements are met, and, as a result, CQC inspectors will be looking for evidence of this when they inspect. 

It is imperative that all dental care providers and managers demonstrate compliance with all five KLOE’s during a CQC inspection.
