Responsive: Key Lines of Enquiry

By ‘responsive’, the CQC means that services your practice provides are organised so that they meet your patients’ needs. Under the ‘responsive’ theme, the CQC generally uses three KLOE’s as prompts to make a judgement about whether providers meet the regulations under the Health and Social Care Act.
