  • The team member name, current and previous addresses, bank account, telephone number/e-mail address, national insurance number, PAYE details.
  • Pre-employment check information: CV, qualifications, identity checks, reference checks, eligibility to work in the UK, criminal record checks.
  • Employment contracts and salary details.
  • Self-employed agreements and remuneration details.
  • Information concerning the employees’ medical history, including hepatitis B vaccination checks, sickness and absence details and next of kin details.
  • Information about appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances and letters of resignation.
