Medical Emergencies: Basic Life Support

This online, verifiable CPD course is aimed at dental professionals looking for refresher CPD training in Basic Life Support (BLS).

There is a public expectation that dental practitioners and dental care professionals should be competent in treating cardiorespiratory arrest. Therefore, all dental professionals should update their skills and knowledge annually.

Apolline’s Basic Life Support CPD refresher course is ideal for new starters as part of an induction programme or for those wishing to refresh their knowledge. However, this course is not a replacement for hands-on practical training. We recommend that all dental practices continue with team training in dental practice to cover all aspects of basic life support and medical emergencies.

This course is suitable for the whole dental team.

The course provides 60 minutes of verifiable CPD.
